Hi. It is my pleasure to be the new owner of Keywrds.ai. My name is Roberto and I am based in sunny Hawai’i. A little about me, I have spent the previous 15 years working in tech in both corporate and non-profit environments. Those years have given me a view of specific marketing challenges and how a tool like Keywrds.ai helps to accelerate a key aspect of modern digital marketing.
I’m excited to assume ownership of the platform and look forward to leading the development of new features. I want to thank Alex, the creator of Keywrds.ai, for his amazing work in developing and supporting the platform.
As a first order of business, the AI engine functionality has been restored so all project features are now fully functional. Also, as an added benefit, we have upgraded the OpenAI model we’re using to power the AI Engine, so current users should see responses that are faster and smarter.
For any future outages, we’re adding more robust error tracking on the backend so we can alert our users of any issues that affect core app functions.
