These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keywrds.ai website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Keywrds.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Keywrds.ai provides AI-assisted keyword research, content ideation, and search-data analysis tools. Certain features (such as Google Search Console Opportunity Analysis) require you to connect a third-party account and to authorize Keywrds.ai to access specific data on your behalf. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and features may change, be added, or be removed at our discretion.
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the payment method on file according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Most AI-driven features consume credits, which are allocated to your account on each successful renewal. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (for example, seed keywords, project notes, or data imported from connected third-party accounts). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
When you connect a third-party account (such as a Google Search Console property) to the Service, you authorize us to access and process the data made available through that connection. We use that data only to provide the requested features. You may disconnect a third-party account at any time from your account settings or from the third party's own permissions interface.
Some features use third-party AI models to generate suggestions, recommendations, or text. AI-generated output may be incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it for any purpose, and we make no warranty regarding its accuracy, fitness, or legality.
The Service, its design, software, and content (excluding your own content and content owned by third parties) are owned by Keywrds.ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right or license except as expressly stated.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KEYWRDS.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keywrds.ai is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
